Bookings are processed upon confirmation of the landlord and the JoKoLIFe Establishment. The security deposit is calculated as a percentage portion of the weekly rent. Upon booking, a 50% deposit is required. The remaining 50% are due 4 weeks prior to the booking commencement. 

Bookings cancelled up to 2 months in advance may receive a full refund. Bookings cancelled within 2 months may receive a 50% refund. Unfortunately, bookings cancelled within 4 weeks are non-refundable.

All furniture, items, and objects in Chalech X are private property of the owner. Any lost, damaged pieces must be replaced by the guest, either as a deduction from the security deposit or separately.
